Well, I have had it for a few days now, and I'm extremely pleased. It drives great, its super smooth and sounds awesome. Probably the only thing that I'm worried about is it being too loud on cold start in the AM, but it settles down pretty quickly. Here is a semi-warm start vid...

I still have them, I just don't run them this time of year (salt). The video is not really indicative of how it truly sounds...especially at cold start. I need to get underneath and tighten some of the exhaust brackets...I think driving it a few days combined with the hot/cold cycles have caused it to loosen just a tad. I also have a MAF code that I have always had come back to rear its ugly head, so I need to figure that out once and for all. I was hoping that the build combined with some new 02 sensors would clear it up, but no luck. It must be a short in the ENG SEN circuit somewhere. Stinks because I'm pretty sure its causing the car to run rich at the moment.

So I swapped MAF's and put a new fuse in. Drove it gently about 20 or so miles and no code returned. I got on it a bit, and felt a bit of hesitation. Checked for the code and sure enough, there it was (P0102). So it seems that it is blowing the fuse under heavier than normal load, and it is definitely a significant overload...the fuse is blown hard, not just a filament break. Perhaps its a vacuum issue, or maybe unmetered air?
