Dust and bug guts in the summer,not to bad in the spring snd fall

 

Any day now, the 17 year cicadas will be coming out. I think I'll be saying those are the thing I hate most. As of right now, it's gotta be the damn street I live on, when they run the sprinklers and I have to drive on wet dirty road! (some houses up the road are still under construction)

 

I dont think we have this problem in Chicago. Probably too cold!

 

I make sure to clean the inside edges of my hatch and then stick the towel/shamee(sp?) into the spaces between the bumper and light... that gets it all out cuz I hate that stuff too

 

Yeah, not much of a bug problem here yet. It's those damn people that never clean there cars, and when it gets so damn dirty that they can't see out the windows so they hit the window washers. That probably pisses me off more than anything. Bugs, birds and rain are an act of GOD, but inconsiderate people are just ********. To me it's the equivelant of shitting on my lawn. It's nice out. You couldn't see out the window when you left your house, so why didn't you spray then!!!

 

let me second that! i have black and its always dirty.
but the thing that really pisses me off is once my ride is all cleaned up and parked out front of my apt.....the sprinklers come on. i just cant win!

 

Happened to me today

 

i'm with pendragon on this one...
cecada swarms are the worst thing ever...
i went through one in NC several years back... they swarm so bad that there body's make the road too slick to drive over 30 mph... its like ice!
not to mention they weight more then hail stones so when you hit a swarm it sounds like your under attack!!!...
so you think your safe just leaven her parked???
no dice...
they have super sharp legs and feet..
so even if you park it you get scratches....
they get in your garage so your not safe there either..

in a garage under a carcover and you might be ok

 

You are VERY, VERY lucky then.....love bugs are a real PITA. But, at least I don't have to deal with the snow every year

Seriously though, if I could come up with some type of spray that could kill those things....I could be rich! lol

Something about birds and red cars... Every F-ing time I wash my car thoes stupid birds go out of their way to mess it up. I park my car under a carport and the birds still **** all over it.

But that is not nearly as bad as getting side swiped by a 16 year old in a civic.

 

My biggest frickin pet peave is the water that pours out of the taillight section on my ta and then dust gets in the drips and dries leaving a shitty *** look.

i'm really worried about the cecada's this coming summer bc their supposed to be really bad where i live. if they damage my paint can i claim it to insurance?

 

I also hate when lawns are over watered and get into the street and you have no choice but to go through it.

 

Sometimes I forget and open the rear hatch to clean the inside while I'm drying the car...water everywhere.

 

Dump trucks, a-holes cutting their grass on the edge of the road and pointing the mower toward the road where they can shoot rocks and grass at your car while you are driving by, pollen, and dust.

Dude, that would SUCK! Chicago has snow, but my TA has never seen it! The best thing about our winters is it gives you 4 months to mod!

I HATE bugs, they gross me out..Not being able to go 30 from bug guts is NASTY! YUCK! They sound like little aliens!
