So I have searched all over LS1tech and found plenty of info on using pro chargers on my 5.3 block, but not an answer to whats really on my mind, so excuse my newness but I can't find the answer.

I am currently in the process of beefing up an LM7 5.3 in my garage to be dropped into my 93 notchback, I will be yanked the 306 out of the notch, which has a full 600B pro charger kit on it with intercooler and all.......

My question is....can I simply drill/tap my block for the 2nd hole, and purchase a bracket and slap this thing on my 5.3 with no problems? I only ask because i'm not sure if there is any difference between pro charger units for ford/chevy.

You'll need to find out what rotation the blower spins. If you plan to mount it like the F-body does you'll need a reverse rotation. Second that blower is going to run out of steam quickly on a 5.3L.
