Default Looking for some help/guidance/supervision for my first cam/head swap on my 5.3

I am somewhat new to the sacramento area and am looking for some help/supervision while I undergo my first cam/head swap on my truck.

I don't necessarily need someone to help turn a wrench, but would just feel more comfortable with someone around that has done a project like this before, even if you just drink a beer and give a point here and there, I'll buy plenty of beer.

I ordered "Tim's tool" to swap my springs and will have that done already.
Will just need to slap the heads on and swap the cam out.

So if anyone is around the sacramento area and willing to lend a hand that would be great!
Any day is fine, schedule is flexible, willing to make a drive, and I'll grab some beer of the supervisors choice.

Don't live close enough to lend a hand but this is a good reference to use...

how many miles on the engine ?if high change the lifters and trays, and the rocker arm bearings. .make sure to clean out the head bolt holes really good .you can buy the degree tool gauge for torquing head bolts for under $30 .what parts do you have so far for the swap ?
