It's beating a dead horse, but spending the $$ to only add 5hp at best is a bit overblown. The cut-out will do you fine. If you don't like the flowmast sound, then that's a different story I guess. Me, I LOVE the flomast sound.... Wouldn't change to a borla even though I KNOW it's a better system.

Don't get wrong I like the sound of the Flowmaster, but I just want something a little louder. I'm getting SFC's and the cutout installed this Saturday, can't wait...

Cutouts are very cool, especially if all your concern is power. It has no exhaust note control though, especially on hills. The lid does help, I noticed a difference.

Thanks to everyong for the advice... Also thanks goes to Speed Demon for the parts and installs. I got the cutout installed on Saturday and it sounds awesome, much closer to the sound that I was wanting. Also if you're debating on getting SFCs, get them. A big difference and my T-Tops fit much tighter. The car overall is much tighter.
