Default what is a better design x pipe? for custom true duals

I found tons on info about true dual here but none discussed the type of x pipe.

Ive seen two types.
1. texas speed style (just two pipes merge together that splits again)
basically makes a wide X

2. another that makes a small X. almost like an H

which is better or does it not matter?

I have kooks true duals and the xpipe on this one has a nice merge in it. I guess you could say it's a smaller X. Focus on the merge and not so much the shape. Some other things to be concerned with is what is your suspension setup and do you have anything under the car that a certain xpipe won't clear.

Tons run the Texas Speed true duals on really high HP cars, so their design must work. I run them and have no complaints. Mandrel bent
