Im getting an LS6 intake manifold. Do I need to delete the EGR ? Also do the stock ls1 intake fuel rails and injectors fit in the ls6 ?

Yes delete the EGR and if you don't need emissions get rid or the air pump as well. The fuel rail and injectors will swap right over too.

what state do you live in ? what are your emission laws ? delete if you can ,the code can be tuned out .if using stock exhaust manifolds ,make and install metal plates on the manifolds where the egr was connected to .good time to check out your PCV system ,and maybe upgrade it .

Is blocking off the AIR tubes on the manifolds a straight forward process? The 02 sensors will still read properly without the additional air introduced by the AIR system?

Also, is deleting the EGR and AIR with HPT just setting them to not ever turn on the SES light??

Make sure you set both codes to 3- No Error Reported.
