Default Wheel stud sizes

I changed a tire on the right rear, while it was off I noticed that the diameter of the holes in the rotor were much larger that the 12mm wheel studs. The holes on the rotors are about 5/8", I got new stock replacement drilled and slotted rotors and it's the same thing the rotor holes are much larger. I have Z71 18x10 on the rear and wondering what to do about it. Should I put bigger studs in, like 5/8" or is there some other remedy to this problem. I just got the rotor and pad set for the front and it came with hubs also, and it's the same thing studs on hubs are 12mm and holes on front rotors is 5/8. Should I worry or is this normal. Thanks
