Default Engine mounts and transmission mount

I will be installing a set of Kooks headers as well as a spec clutch kit , and a LG cam , what mounts are recomended for a car that is not a drag race car but being built for the road race track ?

Go with poly motor and trans. Prothane makes some nice mount's.

+1 for poly, you'll feel some extra good vibrations, but it's not a big deal.

+2 For poly mounts the extra vibration at first is hardly noticeable now.

With the tires , 245 45 17's on the front and 275 40 17's on the back as well as the 1.5 lowering springs and the spohn pannard bar and lower control arms and torque arm all with polly bushings , the car rides like a big go cart which to me is cool.
