Who sells inlet flanges?
Building a new inlet manifold and it would be a lot easier to start with a flange

You could look for a water jet shop that could make them for you. The problem would be the o rings, I don't know if standard gaskets would work.

You talking about intake manifold or turbo inlet or? If intake manifold, cut one off a used/damaged one. Turbo inlet flanges are all over eBay.
