The first set of numbers just appears to be a part number.
15x10 = 15" rim diameter, 10" rim width.
5x4.75 = bolt pattern (5 lug holes, 4.75" bolt circle - this is standard for F-bodies)
7.5BS = 7.5" backspacing (backspacing tells you how far, or not far, a wheel will sit in the wheel well. More backspacing means it will sit deeper inside the wheel well.)
3.18 ID = I'm assuming they're referring to center bore diameter (ID = inner diameter, 3.18"), meaning the inner diameter of the center hole that the center cap covers.
Medium Pad = mounting pad height (low/medium/high for different type of brake clearance, modern F-body would need medium or possibly high depending on stock or aftermarket brakes.)
