Default new some advice

I have a 98 camaro LS1. I was thinking about putting in a 383 stroker kit, intake manifold, and new heads. I also want to put a turbo kit on as well. What are your thoughts?

depending on how much boost you plan to run on the turbo, i would say get an lq4 or lq9 truck engine and make that into a 408. These are much stronger than the ls1 block and can handle way more abuse. You can also use the stock 317 heads up to about 18-20 # or so of boost with a good head gasket and not have any issues with it lifting the heads
