Default Harmonic balancer, loud squeal!!?

I own a 2000 Ls1 camaro w/ 80k. The car pretty quite until it hits 200 degrees. Once it hits around that temperature I get a loud squealing sound. I can remove the serpentine belt and leave the AC belt on, it still squeals. I can put the serpentine belt on and take the AC belt off and get the exact same squeal. That leaves me to believe it's coming from the harmonic balancer? Please help, any questions please ask!
*car was left sitting for 8 months in garage, I took it out for about 30 min did a ls6 intake swap. After swap I drove it for longer periods of time and noticed the high pitched squealing.

start with the more obvious stuff. are your belts in good condition? check for any leaks that might be dripping causing a squeal.

Check your water pump.

Thanks for your input. So far I've cleaned my (gator) belt and put conditioner on it. The belt looks good from the looks of it. I've cleaned all my pullies with carb cleaner. I also repacked my idler and tensioner pulley bearings. The only reason I don't think it's the water pump because I still hear the squeal when the belt is off.

Sounds like a vacuum leak. When it's squealing, pull the dipstick out. You might hear a sucking noise and the squeal should stop. The engine is pulling a vacuum with the pcv valve so check your crancase vent tube.
