Default Heads for this CAM

I have a custom cam from Tick Performance that I got about 3 years ago. The motor was rebuilt with aftermarket stock compression components. I also had the heads rebuilt w higher lift springs etc. I'm thinking about pulling the stock heads off in favor of something CNC from Texas speed, WCCH, Landspeed etc. With cam specs like this would it be an issue to have the heads milled at all due to valve clearance? Any recommendation on heads with this cam?

Intake .615 Exhaust .596

Duration @ .006 Tappet Lift 279 297

108.0 Intake center line
Duration @.050 Intake 229 Exhaust 244
Lobe Lift .3620 .3510
Lobe Separation 112.0

What heads do you have? I'd send your heads off to Advanced Induction if you want to keep it under $1500. They supposedly do really good work to 241's and 243's. That's what I would do if I didn't want to spend the money on new heads.

For that price you could also do the PRC 5.3 heads. I run them and love them for what they are
