Valve covers?

Valve covers? Is there a difference in valve covers from engine to engine? I know obviously the perimeter bolt vs center bolt, but I was looking at a set of covers on ebay (part no. 12561821 and 12561823) and I noticed that they appear to be different from the ones on my car. The plate that's part of the PCV system is gone, and one of the 90* tubes that comes off the passenger side cover is gone as well.
Was this from the swap from the LS1 PCV system to the LS6 style?
