Default Bleeding Clulch

Any tips on bleeding a 1999 , t56 ? I have a remote bleeder installed, a braided line with a bleeder at the end. Should the bleed be done with the bleeder above or below the release bearing? Thank You for any help.

For my GTO, I make the bleeder the highest point.

I put my wife in the car and pick her up on the lift and have her pump the clutch for me.

Have a helper pump the clutch and hold to the floor, crack the bleeder for a second or 2 and then close. Then pump the pedal again, hold to the floor and repeat. Keep checking the reservoir every 3 cracks of the bleeder, it will empty fast. Don't let it go dry. I usually like to push a lot of fluid through to flush out the old. When the fluid turns clear I will stop.

Another tip is if you don't have anyone to help out then submerge the end of bleeder hose in a small jar of brake/clutch fluid. That way you can pump the clutch, get out of the car, refill the reservoir, repeat.
