Howdy guys, I'm a newbie here so be gentle. I've tried searching but can't find any info.

Long story short, I'd like to do a resto/mod on a Jeep CJ7 and put a LS engine in it (specifically a LH8 or LH9). I live in Portland, OR (a smog required area). All they care about here is the sniffer test (1976 to 1995...OBD after that). As long as you are below 220ppm on Hydrocarbon and 1%CO, they don't really care what is in there (even though any engine swap is technically illegal).

Does anyone have the HC and CO numbers from their stock LS engine (please include the engine, year, and miles)? I just wanna make sure that a 300hp LS isn't going to go over those numbers before I start dumping cash into this project. Attached pic you can see the numbers from my 1994 Cherokee with 133K miles (129HC and .74%CO).
