Help ! AC problems. We have a 2000 Camaro SS , SLP . We spent 500.00 at a Chevy dealer. There's no leaks ,compressor fine , Engages , so on . Mind you 2 visits later still not working. WE did need a new belt & was hoping that was the problem . Not the answer . Any ideas would be awesome!!!! I beg for any help at all , I live in Northern California , super hot ! Hellish Hot !
It could be a multitude of things. Other than what's been asked...there's the possibility that it's overcharged. Believe it or not more is not better when it comes to refrigerant.

If I were you I'd take it back to the dealer if they worked on it to repair the AC. With your limited knowledge of AC there is nothing you should touch unless you like injury to yourself or damage to the system. If the dealer can't repair it demand your money back and find a better repair shop. Its more complicated than some people will lead you to believe.
