Default Push Rods

Just got the car back from getting a WOT , pulled 418 RWHP , the tuner is wondering if my push rods are too short? Would that affect the lift of the cam ?
Lg Motorsport 600/610 and around 240 duration.

Will 100% affect the lift on the cam. Did you measure your push rod length or just go with stock rods? What else was done to the engine?

Stock length comp cams hardened push rods, has a LG Motorsport cam, .600 intake/ .610 exhaust and around 240 duration . It has double comp valve springs and trunions in the stock rockers as well as well as a double chain. New oil pump, 7 quart oil pan with a remote filter, Kooks long tube headers, y-pipe with high flow cats . 10% under drive damper , LS6 intake SLP air box and a K&N filter. Air pump delete but still has O2 sensors .2001 LS1 not a 1999 .

Pushrods won't affect lift unless they are WAY too short, but then you'd probably be hearing some clattering noise from the valvetrain anyways.

I had too short of pushrods when I first did my cam. It did clatter, when I went back to the same tuner with the correct length rods it didn't make any power change. So I second KCS opinion. Just more valve train noise and likely wear unless you really botched the length beyond the hydraulic lifters tolerance.
I have less lift in the cam grind but otherwise all the same upgrades as you listed. 224/228 .588/.581 @110+4 comp cam.

Default Lifter Bleed Off

Hi Hugger, I ASK for the Noise Pressure AND RPM when this problem occurs ?

My experience has shown with High Spring Pressure, the Lifters will "bleed off" after 6200 RPM with Steel Valves.

I notice it when I am warming the car up, especially with the hood open . Oil pressure seems good , close to 50 cold idle never below 40 when warm. Exhaust is too loud to hear the engine when driving.
