I have an 1987 Chevy v10. I put an lq4 in it we upgraded the heads to ls3 cnc ported I have an aggressive cam, truck Intake 92mm, a 102mm throttle body aluminium roller rockers 680 springs long tube headers ls3 injectors. Mated to a 4l80e. The truck is on. 33 inch tires. It dynoed 329hp to the wheel where did we go wrong. Is it the tune or what

 

Your number seems pretty low for the mods you stated. Couple things come to mind to investigate:

How did your A/F ratio look on the dynograph?
Pull some plugs and see if they look okay.
Perform a compression test on all cylinders.
