Bad Computer?

Bad Computer? I put a 4.8 block with all the ls1 bolt on accessories in my 98 camaro. I got it to run but it ran like carp and misfired pretty bad and backfired sometimes on start ups and when I was giving it some throttle. I changed all my plugs and all were getting spark. I had good fuel pressure, I put a noid light on all my injectors and they were fine. I was reading something about changing my coil harnesses around so I did and it didnt start so i changed it back to like I had it and now it wont run at all. No spark or fuel pressure. Could that be a bad computer?
