5.3 help I have a 2005 Crew cab truck with the iron block 5.3.I have to replace the head gaskets.I was told I could replace the heads with heads off a 6.0 or 6.2 GTO, G6 or Corvette and really wake this motor up.
i was wondering how true or even feasible this is, or is their other factors involved in more parts or tuning. Any advise is greatly appreciated. Im not trying to build a hot rod, just looking for a little more hp
to pull a boat.
