Default LS1 Crank no start

Hey everyone I was hoping someone could help me out. I have an lq4 with the 408 stroker from eagle. I have an AEM infinity in the car currently. The car used to run perfectly but it ended up sitting for a few months while I waited for a new intake Manifold. I installed the intake and not it wont run. I get no spark no injector pulse width. I am not getting a RPM reading from the AEM. However when I rotate the engine by hand the CKP alternates from 0 to 7.5 Volts which I know it should be going to 12v. WHen I disconnect the Sensor it goes back up to 12. I have changed sensors already and even got my Standalone checked. However if I spin a reluctor type wheel with a drill I am able to get RPM readings from my Infinity. I was wondering if anyone had run into a similar issue where there isnt enough voltage while in the motor. Any help is appreciated.

Thank You,
Abe

Did you check all of your fuses? I would double check your battery terminals and grounds also.

Hey yeah I checked the fuses and all the grounds even added some to it. I also checked my reluctor. THe grounds on the back of the head are there and grounded as well. I also ran a separate ground from the sensor to the battery and didnt get any change. The sensor has proper air gap as well.

Thanks
