no rear lights

no rear lights 98 Z28
car started and put lights on when I turned the fogs on, the rear lights, stop lights and dash/radio illumination went out. I still have headlights, turn signals, radio but no parking lights. DRL still come on with hand brake off. don`t think the fogs even came on.
replaced the fuses for TAIL LPS, STOP/HAZARD, IP2.
any ideas please?
