Problem solved!!!! Thanks Tiger for mentioning fuse 9. I went and bought a fuse tester and tested all the fuses again(makes the 4time) and #9 was not working. I replaced it and the car runs like a champ. BUT what would make it blow in the first place?

I dont know how but maybe the shift light has something to do with it. Sorry I cant be more of a help on that. Im not sure what happened to mine but it has been fine since. You may try and unplug the shift light and see what happens.

voltage regulator ,
loose cable on the alternater, both could do this.
corrossion on batt terms,
think about it this way for the fuse.
it would make sence that the shift light pulls current from the same place as the gauges because thats where the rmp gauge gets it, now you added a greater load on the same fuse , if it was already close the the shift light might have pushed it over, and as long as it remains then the fuse will blow every time.
check with the company that makes the shift light for a known fix.
perhaps a higher amp fuse
