Default Removing Injector Plugs

I have got some change in my piggy bank so I am getting my LS1 Gen III ready for install but I need to get my wireharness rebuilt to make it more compatible with my CJ5.

I am trying to remove the plugs on the fuel injectors and it seem a spring clip holds them in and I dont want to mess them up so just what is the best method to pull the plugs off the injectors?

Thanks

Thanks, that did the trick, now all I have to do is drop the starter to get at the plug behind it. I need to get this sent off this week at they take 4 weeks to redo it and I will be gone for 3 weeks
