Default Engine surge

I have a 2000 Chevy Silverado with a 5.3. The original motor spun a rod bearing so I replaced it with a 2009 5.3 used lingenfelter converter box and the intake, knock sensors and throttle body of the 2000. It surges when accelerating at about 35-60 mph. I have replaced throttle position sensor, mass air flow, and map sensor. I thought it was the map sensor cause if you unhook it and drive it don’t do it. Has no diagnostic codes Any help please.

I'm talking about a pro that does this for a living on a Dyno. It make cost a few ducks but they can generally fix various performance issues and make max power by playing with fuel trims etc. It looks like you are in Fla. If you are close see Wayne at Performance auto in Jupiter
