ac tensioner Hey guys my ac tensioner needs to be replaced I was wondering how much its gunna cost? It was burning up the ac belt so I know it needs to be replaced. Just wanted to know what kind of damage I am looking at, and is it a do it yourself job?

well me and my dad went out today to look at the car in the day light bc this happened last night. The Ac compressor siezed up from me not using the ac. SO we cut the ac belt off and it rides fine now with no sqeels. Now I'm thinking about taking the ac out since I never use it, and can't use it now.
