I currently have a 5.3l gen 3 block .030 over with 243 ported heads can I use a Ls7 intake with adapters?

Stick with a cathedral port intake.

Best for what purpose and cost? Define your goal and what you will spend. Probably an LS6 intake will be fine if you're not pushing it too much. If you want torque I would think a truck intake would be fine. Define your goal and $$.
