I’m putting headers on my LS1 for the first time. They’re 1-7/8” and while I wanted to use steel gaskets, they all look like they only match the port size for the stock exhaust manifolds. Should I use the paper gasket supplied with the kit that matches the port size of the headers I got, or will a steel stock gasket work without causing any issues?

Yeah, the port size on those match the stock exhaust manifolds. I’m trying to find out if these will be ok to use for my headers with a larger port size, or if I need to find a gasket to match the new header port size.
