No power to car when keys on Hello,
We are looking for some help. We have recently acquired a 2002 Camaro z28. Car did not have a motor in it when we bought it, so we have swapped a 6.0 into it and are trying to crank it and have ignition hot, as well as all exterior lights working. We have run into an issue where when we turn the key on, none of the dash lights come on and the ignition itself doesn't work. We put power to the wires going into our ignition switch and it will bring everything to life, but are unable to figure out why nothing works with turning the key itself. It will beep at us when the key is in the ignition and the exterior lights will come on when the light switch is on, but nothing “key hot” works within the car. Any help would be greatly appreciated
