need help ASAP, LS1/T56 weight? Hi guys, I just bought a LS1/T56 engine combo. Comes with complete engine/trans/clutch/flywheel/exh. manifolds/wire harness/ECU. I am trying to find a shipper to ship this to me and I need to know how much this stuff weighs to get a quote. The guy I bought it from thought that everything would be 650-700lbs but he didnt know for sure. I read somewhere that a GMperf. LS1 crate engine was 390lb and the T56 was 125lb for a total of 515lbs. I really need to know a semi accurate estimate for how much this stuff really weighs so I can get a shipping quote. any help would be great, thanks!
