Tikking Rattling sound LS1.... Stil have som ticking rattle sound in my engine. 2002 c5 corvette Ls1 (60.000 miles)
Less noise when cold or very hot??
Worst around 1000-1200 rpm
Want to TRY and get it to sound smooth
Was wondering if the timing chain is making some rattle ticking noise.
Can it be timing chain or oil pump?
Have changed the Lifters (Ls7 Lifters)
Rockers look good (Little play and no damage i can see)
Balancer look good (no wobbling)
All new gaskets
No exhaust leak
Spark plugs are snug
Removed the belts same noise
