I was wondering if anybody out there put a th350 tranny in their newer fbody with quite a few mods... I have around 450 hp and my tranny(4L60E) has goen for a 2nd time and Im planning on switching out the trans. I can get a good deal on a B&M 350 turbo trans from summit racing and was wondering if its the right way to go for speed/accel. and durability. What did you do about the driveshaft not fitting because of the shorter tailshaft?

 

Tons of people here have done this swap. Look for a post from StriniSS, he is selling his TH350 kit and it works great in his SS.
