320-330 w/o tunning
330-340 w/tunning

If you get any better than that, you have a strong car...

I had pretty much the same stuff you do and I dynoed 320 w/o tuning and 336.8 w/ tuning. Tuning helps out so much!!!! Your mods are looking good though.

i was told i had about 325 w/o headers, and around 340-350 with headers and y-pipe, so these estimates seem close to what im expecting. Thanks guys

I just had these mods installed:
kooks 1 3/4 headers
3in ypipe w/ cats
borlamouth exhaust

i went from 302/315 to 340/351, with tuning. So all these numbers sound about right.

edit: to clarify 302/315 was stock, 340/351 was after mods and tuning.

FWIW: I dyno'd 320/337 with basically the same on an A4 with duals. (Lid, Jet-Hot LT's, 3" duals, unlocked stock converter). You will probably have a little higher hp at the wheels being an M6.

330 without tuning. 340 will be easy with a tune. ( oh and fyi.. the cam on the 01-02 does not make that big of a difference at all in peak power..it only smoothes it out from what people tell me..the intake is the real difference)

With my 99 SS A4 with Lid, Catback, Pacesetters, and ORY without tune I put down 336.6//348.2. Not sure how average those are, but just another thing to put out there to compare it to.

Actually, the cam in the 01-02 cars is the same cam found in the 6.0L trucks, and is designed for more low end torque, and not so much for HP.

Looking at 2 cars with an LS6 intake, one with a 01-02 cam, and the other wiht a 98-00 cam, you should see roughly a 5 hp difference down low.

They are generaly the same powerwise up top, the real difference down low.

BTW, the cam was needed for the lack of EGR on the LS6 intake. The 6.0L cam has more overlap, and has better emissions.
