What are the benefits of WELD RACING PROSTARS..SKINNYS..15X3 or it's just for the look? Also what's the bolt pattern for my 98 Trans Am.

The bolt pattern is 5x4.5"

The only benefit is less weight and rolling resistance.

Lighter, less rotating mass. Every pound i multiplied by 8 as it spins. Its all about helping wieght transfer. Less wieght on the front of the car helps get the nose up more on launches...... thats teh best i can discribe it.

Kyle, you did a really good job describing everything...

also the taller the skinnie, the better a tree you can make, is simply because it will allow you to roll the car out more...

but like stated... lighter, weight transfer and everything else!
