Hey guys is this a good cam? How much horepower and where does the power start, low or high

Already searched it found out its a small cam that dosent need tuning but im curious about horse power (00 Z M6) and i live in az so our emissions arent so strict i want good power so i was thinking a G5X2

 

what was ment is....
what mods do you have on your car already?
what is your goals (rwhp,1/4 mile times)

what is small to one is too much for another... what ride quality are you looking for ?
