I got around 275 and I really had my foot in it on the highway, I was rather impressed. But I just started having that same fuel gauge problem, it stays on F for 120 miles then it dropped to 3/4 then it was bouncing around, this was while I was stopped. Do the camaros use a float type system or a sending unit?

 

City 240 and hwy 300. 2.73's

 

Last time I checked I got about 285-300 goin down the interstate at like 70. I feel like I should have better gas milage though. Oh well.

 

I have been getting around 14 mpg and mostly city. However, I just took a road trip and got around 18 mpg with almost all highway.

But, I have been riding on stock plug for 37,000 and I just replaced plugs and wires and hope to see some improvement.

 

i get about 260 per tank. which averages about 20 mpg cause whenever i fill it up it only takes 13 gallons, which means i only ever run 13 gallons out.

i think different years have different size tanks

If you get into it some, you should prolly fill atleast every 230 or so

 

I usually get about 50 miles for each of the first 1/4 tank marks, then fill up about 15 miles into the final 1/4 as it falls more quickly for a grand total of 185 miles. Sometimes more, sometimes less, but I have a lot of stop and GO GO GO driving.

 

yeah, the 1/4 tank marks are not very accurate. I was told it is due to the shape of the tank....

i took a trip to and fro ft. worth this past weekend and driving 70-80 with a/c on i got about 23mpg. on the way back,no a/c same speeds, a little over 24mpg. driving 60-70 the time before,just wanted to see milage i got 31mpg! couldnt believe that one. and mostly city driving i usually get 18-21mpg. im obsessed with mpg!!!!!!!!

 

I'm mostly stock and I'm lucky if I get 200 to the tank. I think I'm in need of a tune.

When I had mine, I would fill up 4 times driving to Ft. Lauderdale Florida from the Bronx in NYC.
