WU8 denotes an SS in your RPO. Y2Y is only in your RPO if you have SLP options. The modified by SLP sticker has been known to be missing from some 1998-2001 cars.
The idea of owning a REAL SS is for resale value in my opinion. Aside from the hood, spoiler and wheels, they received a better flowing cat-back, but that's the first thing everyone rips off anyway, so performance wise... there isn't really a difference. SLP's 345HP option was just a cat-back and lid. I have a 335HP car (CME only).

Again, with the sticker, some are missing and others simply just faded (like mine).
