I've been reading up on oil and oil filter options for my 99 Z28. Has anyone here installed or considered installing an oil bypass filter, such as sold online by companies like Oilguard? ...and I think AMSoil sells a spin-on kind.

There's lots of discussion on oils and filters here; I was kinda surprised I couldn't find any posts on this topic.

I would welcome any experienced opinions!
