2003 Z06 vs. 2001-2004 Roush II Well, this guy thinks he has the fastest car ever, and talks about how he walks down LS1's all the time, as well as other cars. All the stage II is, is a body kit correct? The only things I know of him having is long tube headers, x-pipe, and cat-back. I don't know of any of the other things, but I know he doesn't have nitrous of a blower. Don't 4.6 barely get over 300 rwhp with all bolt-ons, and need nitrous or forced induction to even hang with a Z06? I was gonna go up to him and be like "hey, have you ever raced a Z06, and when he says ya, I killed it" ima ask him if he wants to race for money. Good idea, or no?

unless that stage 2 is heavily modded you will wax him. there is a guy in town with a stage 2 here, and this guy arthur romped on him with his almost stock Z06. it is funny though, arthur also has a stage 3 rousch that pretty much sits at home all the time. he likes the Z06 alot better. even funnier, his regular driver is an 03 cobra, he drives that in the rain.

I'm pretty sure a stock Roush stage II comes with a cold air intake, free flowing exhaust, body kit, big wheels, suspension upgrades, badging.
Maybe, he has a stage III cause they have a super charger also.

roush II mustangs are supposed to be runnin about the same as an 03 Cobra, SUPPOSIVELY.....met a guy that had one the other day, sayin he smokes LS1's and everything as well.....i told him to bring it..but yeah technically the Z06 should win...depends on the driver/s.....only way is to SMOKE or BE SMOKED

they had one on Horsepower TV (or it may have been car&driver, but one of those sunday morning shows) on the spike network. mario andretti was taking it around the track. it was supercharged, but i only had like 380hp with like a $45? not sure of the exact numbers, but i remember thinking while watching, why not get a cobra because it has more h.p and was cheaper. did anybody see that episode?

From what I know....(which ain't much when it comes to Ford), Roush ain't ****.....Saleens w/ S/C has 365 hp or so and smoke Roushs from what i have read in magazines....Stage II??? dunno?
Like someone mentioned, stock Cobra has better bang for the buck.
True the Roush is a 4.6, but I know it "can" have more than 300 rwhp.....even w/ out FI.
I wouldn't put money on it, especially if you haven't seen him run..... The only way I would put down some pennies is if I had an ace *cough, NAWS, cough* up my sleeve.....
Oh, someone will always be faster..... but this cocky punk needs to be taught a lesson..... cuz as u know...nothing is faster than the mightey El Es Juan!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stock for stock, the Z06 would just molest the Stage I. Stock for stock, the Z06 would whoop the Stage II. Stock for stock the Z06 would walk on the Stage III. The Stage II is exhaust and a body kit, not much more. Z06>Roush's

but he definately finished strong with the "el es juan". go race the more than likely slow mustang! and i use the term slow in comparison to the mighty Z06. arthur has whooped me in his 03 cobra and stage III.

Well I know for a fact that he doesn't have a supercharger,so if hes not spraying then ima race him. We'll see...my friend just got a bad *** 94 SS, with H/C and a bunch of other stuff that runs 12.3's with 360+ rwhp and hes gonna race him so we'll see what happens.
