Do 01-02 Ls1's come with LS6 intake?

Do 01-02 Ls1's come with LS6 intake? Just like the title says.The reason i'm asking is because i came across a guy this sunday who had a 2001 Z28 and i asked what he had he said a Pulley,Ported TB,lid and a borla exhaust.Then he said he just got the car back from the shop he said that they just installed a LS6 intake and then i told him that all 01-02 LS1's come with ls6 intakes.He just could not believe me when i told him that.So now i'm posting this just to make sure i'm right.If i am right then the shop just replaced a ls6 intake with a Brand new $500 ls6 intake.
P.S. I told him i'll take his old "LS1" intake.
