All of them seem to be making great power. I have no experience with any of them, but from what I hear, Futral seems to make some awesome cams that are very streetable. So out of the ones listed, I would go with the Ron Jeremy. Or, if you want even more power, you could save a little more and get heads and a slightly smaller cam, like the F13. That is what I plan on doing. Do you drag race the car? Is it an M6? If so, you might want to consider a stronger rear end before getting more power. Just a thought.

I was at the same dilemma as you with having money to spend and not knowing what to do with it. I had a little more than you though. I decided on getting a TSP 231/237 cam w/ pushrods, retainers, dual springs, seats, LS6 ported oil pump, and double roller timing chain and also an LS6 intake. Don't forget about installation charges if you don't know how to do the work yourself. And also, with ALL the cams you mentioned above you will also need to shell out about $300-500 more for tuning. Keep that in mind and make an informed decision.

good advice by all...
i would warn only one thing.
keep 500 set aside for tuning, streetablilty is ALL about the tune. with a poor tune even a baby 224 cam can suck on the street, but with the right tune a trex seems tame ....

well unless your talking about afr heads(and since they cost 2500 you cant be) then most every after market heads on the market is a ported version of the stock casting. so how would they be anymore durable then the stock heads?
if you ment upgrade his valve train,(ie. valve springs,ti retainers, push rods, ect.)
well those are parts of most cam kits....
