A tip for everyone. Use dielectric grease instead of silicone. It will not evaporate, wash away, or swell the rubber. Use it in the channels and inside the rubber piece by the side mirrors. It will really speed up and lessen the load on your window motors.

Lubricate the regulator WELL! I used white lithium grease in a spray and coated the rails and rollers generously. I also used light duty loctite on the hardware for the motor.

Picked up some siemens motors today, gonna throw em in the car this evening. I appreciate the feedback guys.
