Is this a good cam?
Comp Cams for ls1
This cam will not only fit ls1's but also 4.8, 5.3 and 6.0.
212/218 522/529 114 used for about 3k mile. Have box and cam card. $250
Would this be worth buying for a daily driver?? Just want to know. I want to eventually get a cam, I just don't know what duration and what size would be good. I don't plan on doing heads... (doubt I'd ever have the money)

you will quickly grow tired of it and want more. Plus i wouldn't look into a cam until you have headers. And even then i wouldn't go any smaller than 222/222. With a good tune (any cam will need a tune) it will drive like stock.

I have the cam with the higher lift. I love mine although, I am going with Stage II heads, it may not be enough cam for me with ported heads.
But for stock heads, you can't hear that cam in the car it's a great little cam. My lift is higher, but the lower lift you will see a difference over a stock cam no doubt.
Definately, get exhaust work done before you go internal.
