:( Help Me!!!!!

I believe in most cases like this, you just need to get any water that's present outta the engine. Change the oil, plugs, and filter.
I'm not sure what to tell you about the broken starter pieces.
Worst case scenario, your engine is hydrolocked..
* What were the symptoms of "not starting"?
* Did it crank?
- If so then its not the starter.
* Did it not crank (nothing happens)?
- If so, did the starter actually get any power?
- If not then its an electrical issue. Which may or may not be related to ignition.
it may be a security issue.
- If the starter did get power, but didn't spin, then its dead and needs replacing.
These are all questions/notes/issues to consider before spending time/money. Start with the cheap/easy stuff first and work your way up.
