i need to ship one of these things and it would be nice if anyone themselves has weighed one so i can get a shipping quote without having to lug the engine to a freight depot to have it weight just for a quote.

i didnt weigh it myself. i think i read it in my service manual or something somewhere. i just retained it for some reason.

id just use the 464 quote. better to over quote someone than to under quote them. cause once you get the quote, then take it in to actually ship, you will either get the difference for it being less or have to pay if it ends up being more. thats why i say its better to overquote someone.

how much do you think just the block weights with all internals?(no accessories) because i wanted to lift one so i cud put it on a engine stand...not by myself with two people on each side

damn son! I'm thinking on getting a factory five kit car and putting a LS1 in it. its 2150LBS with a 5.0L coyote and a t5... lol, and thats fully outfitted
