cutout. it hurt my gas mileage, my car doesn't even feel a hair faster than it did beforehand, i'm pretty sure it's causing vibrations that weren't there before and it doesn't particularly sound good, but damn it, it's fun to cruise next to someone with an open window and give it gas and look at their expression
