The 275's fit on WS6 or SS rims but not on the Formula, TA or Z28's rims. So now I am shopping for bigger rims and a nicer hood both of which I would all ready have if I bought a WS6 to begin with.
But as long as you get a LS1 you can't lose

i dont have traction problems but i like the way they looked, so i bought chrome 17" SS rims, ebay is awsome $300 for all 4, got some pics of them on the car now too, they are huge compared to the old ones

Well like the guys said get what you want. IMO i think the WS6 looks a lot nicer and its more rare than a Z28. But then again i could have gotten a Z with the same miles for about 4 - 5 grand less and spent that extra money making the Z faster. So its all about what you want. I say WS6 all the way.

I was originally looking for a WS6 when I was shopping around for an LS1 but ended up getting an SS (great deal I couldn't pass up) and don't reget it at all. I would suggest getting an SS if you decided to get the camaro. Personally I think the hood, spoiler and rims make a big difference looks-wise.

buy a z28 and use your extra cash to make that thing a beast! and if the price is right dont think twice about goin on a road trip. i got my 98 z28 for dirt cheap and took a trip to florida to get it. and i dont regret it at all. just make sure you do it right the first time so you arent kicking yourself in the rear in the end.

i vote WS6, it grabs alot more eyes than the ole camaro. my favotite f-body is a black/black WS6 6-speed
if you've got a speed addiction, buy a z28 ,which are less expensive and generally considerably lighter, and mod your heart out. then go and smoke all the WS6's when you feel bad about buying it
but seriously, get the SS over the z28, they are MUCH MUCH faster than a z28................in the minds of 99% of people in the world.

If you are planning on modding and not using any of the performance gainers from the SS or WS6 then go with the base Z28 or Trans/Am, or Formula. Then you can add your own style later.
If you have your heart set on the WS6 (I did and have been grateful since for getting it) then get that.
It really comes down to the buyer and what they want to do and what they can do and to choose without regrets and then have FUN.

The WS6 is a lot more then just the looks or hood scoops. I bought mine new (2002) and the WS6 was a $3200 option. It's a different suspension, aluminum drive shaft and all kinds of good stuff. Camaro's have about the same in the SS. You can't compare a WS6 or a SS to a Z28 their just too different.

he USED to have a 99-2004? auto mustang gt with "all the boltons", of course this was minus headers and a stall, which were of course "over priced and diddnt offer much more go". he's the kind of guy who talks like it's still in the garage at home lol. and he beat ALL KINDS of z28's in it
