Default Dynoed the SS Today

Well just figure that I would share it with everyone,
Its a 2002 SS m6 all stock except for it has a gmmg exhaust but still with the stock center mount tips, slp y pipe, and it has the factory slp air lid with a K&N air filter. Car dynoed at 322rwhp and 345rwtq SAE corrected, uncorrected it made 339rwhp and 364rwtq. I was hoping for a little more but I guess this will do. Now what to do next

322/345 - I don't think anyone would complain with those numbers and that setup. Did you just pick this thing up? If so, congratulations and have fun.

But it's not stock. No where near IMO. A catback and y-pipe - definitly not stock.

Now, not to **** anyone off, but my 2000 Trans Am with only an SLP lid and flowmaster out back made 326 horsepwer. I dyno'd at MTI, but no tuning was done. This was prior to me putting on the LS6 intake even. So much for Flowmaster choking my engine!! I guess mine just runs really good....

Those are good numbers. My 99 put down 308rwhp with lid, SLP LM and y pipe. I understand that's ok for a 99 car.

Yeah I actually just got it a couple of weeks ago, Yeah im am very happy with it, It only has 10k miles on it right now so who knows might wake up a little more with a little more miles on her. Someone had said something about headers; Im thinking about getting a good set of LT's but some people that I had talked with about them say that the 01 and 02 exhaust manifolds flow really good and LT's won't make that big of difference. What do you all think?

everything ive gathered from this site says that LTs make a world of difference, i think what they were saying is that the 01-02s flow better than the 98-00s but i doubt that they flow as well as LTs

Maybe they meant shorties. Shorties don't really flow any better than 01-02 manifolds.

Is that a wives tale? I've heard it before. Do these motors reach some milestone break-in period after 10k or so? Anyone heard of this?

What about a TB and a MAF? How much would that pick up about 10hps, would it be worth it? What should my next mod be? I want to do LTs but after spending all of that money and be dissapointed would not be good. With LTs I would want to pick up at least 25hp, is it possible?
